What would a healthy weight be for me?

I am 5'9" and a 15 year old female. What would be a healthy weight for me.

I play soccer + additional soccer everyday, I also lift weights 3x a week

  2. Anywhere from 115-135 becuase you sound tall. If you weight a little under that, it would probably be okay. I just figured 115 because I know a girl that weight that is the same height and she has no fat on her whatsover. I would probably figure more than 115 pounds.

  3. probably like 105-115 pounds? you sound like you must be a pretty good weight because you're exercizing and everything.  

  4. i suggest ur healthy weight should be 152 pounds.for maximum u can reach up to 168 not more than that.gud luck

  5. Probably 130-140 since your so active and probably have a quick metabolism. 150-155 would probably be optimal.

  7. Any weight from 129 lbs. to 170 lbs. would be a healthy weight for you depending on if you have a small frame, a medium frame, or a large frame. Since you have lots of muscle from exercise, your weight should be somewhere in the middle of the range to the upper weight since muscle weighs more than fat.

    Anything under 129 lbs. would be too thin and under 125 would be really, really too thin.
