What would a "text-free" workplace be?

this is from an ad on craigslist seeking a preschool teacher that I came upon. I don't get the "text-free" part.

Does anyone? :

"We are seeking flexible early childhood educators who are not only great teachers, but also good employees. Twelve ECE units as well as dependability, timeliness and a text-free work place are baseline requirements."

generally for childhood learning this is the best environment. Mostly they use toys. gadgets playing environments
