  1. Golf if you get hooked it will keep you busy

  2. outdoor s*x with a condom

  3. Cycling or country walks, with a set time and distance, lengthened as your capability improves and a nice drink in a country pub to round it off.

  4. try a racquet sport. badminton or tennis can be gd!! the court isnt massive so it dosent involve 2 much movement but it gives u a chance 2 master a skill.

  5. rugby (jokin)

bowls i think thats what it is called. but when i look out my window i can see about 40 people that look about the same age playin and they look like they are having fun

  6. Lawn Bowling

  7. naked sunbathing

  8. try dogging :))

  9. Sea Canoeing? It is less energetic and less dangerous than rivers.  I used to go to a Sea canoeing club where we were out in the sea during the summer and in a swimming pool practising in the winter.  If you arean't near the sea try lochs or lakes. Try contacting the British Canoe Union for details of clubs in your area

  10. If you are very fit and healthy, then what you've been doing seems like it's the ideal thing for you to be doing.  If it works, you shouldn't be looking to change it.  Unless you're bored with some of the old activities and just want a change.  If so, only you can determine what you should do next.  Only you know what holds some appeal for you, and only you can try it to see whether it meets your needs (isn't too much or too little for your degree of fitness).

  11. There always the joy of walking, and if you want to add a twist try speed walking.

  12. try oral s*x does not take much out of you

  13. Outrigger paddling. Just about the most fun you can have on the water. Join a team and paddle in a six or buy your own and paddle solo.

  14. Cycling, Swimming.

    Take up Tai Chi.

  15. Sea kayaking is a fun sport that isn't likely to cause injury. You can explore places no other boat can go. It's relaxing, too.

My wife and I recently kayaked throughout the marsh here in NC. Just beautiful.

It helps if you can swim, but the boats are stable enough that you will probably never fall in.

Boats and lessons are available for rental near any large body of water.

    Good luck!

  16. I think walking and maybe listening to a walk-man would be excellent for you. You could even walk to your local park or in my towns case the hospital, they have an outdoor obstacle course...

    Good luck!

  17. Brisk walking  (Walk as if you are headed somewhere)

    Swimming, if weather permits

Canoeing and kayaking if its handy

    Golf

Stay away from wrenching activities like tennis.

  18. Badminton

  19. Go for walk in a park where you can watch women !!

  20. Fishing- walking - bicycling - golf (you can rent clubs and a cart- i found a place for $30.)

  21. Ride a bicycle, Kayak, swim

  22. Walking the dog (get a large energetic one).

  23. Bowls or golf would probably both suit you.

You can be, within reason, as physical at them as you like, or play soft and gentle if you feel a bit rusty one morning.

Good luck in your semi retirement and may it be a long one for you

  24. cycling

    keeps you fit and active

  25. Golf would be good. It's not too energetic, you get to have a nice long  walk in the fresh air with friends and a drink at the nineteenth hole, sounds so good I may take it up myself

  26. fishing

  27. Chasing around all of the little hussies at the beach
