What would a victim panel for MADD be like?

I was thinking of doing one because I was convicted of drunk driving. It has been 3 years but I have so much guilt that I just lay in bed and cry all day. My mum says it would be a good idea.

Will the victim yell at me? What will they say?

I drove two blocks with a .09. I was pulled over for going 10 miles over. It was 3 in the morning.

If you didn't personally hurt anyone and have paid your debt to society and it has been 3 years it is time to just get over it. If you cant, you need to see and shrink and not a 'victim's panel'.
