  1. You have to marry or become enagaged to a Bermudian or you have to get a job which comes with a work permit allows residency. If you do come make sure you leave after 6 years when your permit runs out otherwise you will be hated by actual Bermudians.

  2. You may look at either the Bahamas... because you can become a resident alien if you just purchase a house or a condo in the Bahamas or look at the Dominican Republic because all they require is that you deposit a mere $17,000 in any bank in the D.R. and you can even draw interest on it, so it's also an investment.

  3. The drafting of civilians into the military for mandatory service is highly unlikely!

To work in Bermuda you will need one of the following:

Become engaged to be married to a Bermudian.

    Marry a Bermudian.

Get a job and a work permit allowing residency (recommended).

    * Note: Once application for a work permit has been filed you are not permitted on the island until it is approved or denied, even as a tourist.

  4. I had a job offer in Bermuda as well as Grand Cayman Island. Get your CA designation and they will take you.

Sadly, they only pay around $60,000-$75,000 for new CAs. With the high standard of living it isn't much.

No real other way to get into Bermuda unfortunately, unless you marry a local.
