  1. Depends on daylight savings time.  Normal time I believe they're 13 hours ahead of us.  So 9pm would be roughly Noonish the next day in Eastern Australia.  Give or take an hour depending on daylight savings time.

  2. Do you mean  Eastern Standard Time in the USA or Eastern Standard Time in Australia?  Eastern (Australian) Standard Time is 10 hours ahead of UTC.  Eastern (American) Standard Time would be a few hours after UTC.  Three, I think.

    Alternately, it's 1957. - (Laugh a little)

  3. To see what any time is anywhere in the world relative to your time zone go to http://www.timeanddate.com and it works it all out for you. It knows where there is daylight saving as well.

  4. I assume you mean EST in North America?

    Answer:

11AM the next day Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

    At the moment it's:

New York * Friday, 2nd of May Time -  5:36 PM

Sydney Saturday, 3rd of May Time - 7:36 AM

    (It's breakfast time, Saturday, here.)

I only used the city of Sydney as an example.

AEST covers the four states of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

    Symbols

    * means the time shown is adjusted for daylight saving time(DST) or summer time.

  5. What would be 9pm EST in E. Australia? - 9 PM Eastern Standard Time, of course.

Your question is not very clear. What are you asking? What time in the world are you comparing it to? Even if you are in the USA, you also need to tell us YOUR time zone.

    Thanks

    Cheers from Australia

  6. Daylight savings time is over now, if that helps
