What would be a estimated monthly insurance payment for a Kawasaki Ninja 650r touring bike?

if i buy one used and have it already payed off. So it would be on liability insurance

  1. That will vary wildly depending on your age, driving record, etc. You're just going to have to call and get quotes.

    The insurance companies will essentially see it as a sportbike, not a touring bike (with the exception of state farm who doesnt care what style of bike it is).

    I pay ~$20/month for full coverage on a CBR 600RR. I've seen other riders in their early 20's get quotes of $250/month.

  3. If you pay cash and there is no lien you will do well. You pay only for the other guy. I'm guessing $250 a year or so. Call Geico, Safeco, Progressive in the yellow pages

    It all depends on where you live, your age, your driving record, how long you've been riding, if you have had any rider's training, and also what type of insurance coverage you want.

    The only way to know how much it will cost for you is for you to call/surf various insurers and find out.
