What would be a fair budget for 3 days in Krakow (accommodation aside)?

Putting accomodation aside, how expensive are food, museums & entries to sights, local transportation, drinks in clubs... Is it doable with 20 euros/day?

it is doable. the local transport and museums are inexpensive. you can find cheap eats and cheap beer. but if you plan to go higher end, you may need more.

20 euros is some 70 zloty. A beer in a pub: 5/6, maybe more. A drink around 12 zloty. entries to museums shouldn't be more expensive than 5 zloty. a meal in a restaurant from 20 zloty.  If you don't plan on partying 20 euros should do you. if you want to go out, you'll need 20 euros just for that:)
