What would be a good amplifer for these speakers?

what RMS 4channel amplifier would i want to get for these alpine speakers RMS power range 100Watts Peak owerhandling of 300Watts impedance 4 Ohm what would be a good amp for these what RMS and max power should it be also im running them of a Dual headset Max power 4x5 Watts and RMS 4x22 Watts?? really need help for an amp for these?
