i'm doing an intervention paper on how to combat structural racism and was thinking of using postmodernism as the main approach for this, but it seems kind of complicated due to its ambiguity. any ideas on what i can use that is less ambiguous?

  1. Unfortunately you will never eliminate racism. As soon as two people meet they will assess each other based on whatever information they have, no matter how limited that information may be - skin colour, gender, attire, body language, etc. The only way to combat racism is to educate and make people aware that the more limited the information the less accurate their assessment is likely to be.

  2. Id probably try to find elements of Social Action theory to talk about how groups or individuals can overcome large structural elements such as racism.

Probably a little less ambigous that postmodernist theories about it.

  3. Affirmative action, how it is racial against the majority, the 14th amendment and Adarand vs. Pena
