Cedar Point. It can get kind of expensive really quickly, but it's worth it!

How about a water park? Wet N' Wild in Orlando is awesome and costs alot less than anything else in Orlando. It's also close to alot of other attractions. One thing to be prepared for at any park however is the mem. day crowds.
