i've been playing sports my entire high school career, and for my senior year i want to have the best physical conditon yet. what i have been doing is eating large amounts of starches when i get into training, basically a lot of pasta with butter 4 times a week. i can't really help what i eat during lunch, but is there some things i can do that will drop me down about 10 lbs? i'm 5'10", weighing 150.
