Question:

What would be a good fluke multimeter for electronics?

Needs to measure: AC and DC current, AC and DC voltage, Ohms, and continuity.

Would also be nice if it can peform: Farad measurments, diode test, and transistor test.

  2. Fluke series 80 offers a couple good general purpose DMMs.

    The 289 series will be more money, but it has more capability.

  3. fluke is a brand name. You don't sound as if you know what you're asking about.

    To answer your question... A Fluke multimeter would be a good fluke multimeter (rolls eyes)

  4. i don't see any reason why an ordinary multimeter can't do all that.

    u just need to know how to use it, that's all.
