You can't use an entire computer as just a screen, and it's impossible to do it through wireless.

However, if you do come across an extra monitor, I think Windows XP has a built-in option for making one large screen, and the "Pro" line of Macs (Mac pro, MacBook Pro, or earlier "Pro" models), also do.

You can't do this since they need to be on the same OS and must be wired together, it isn't possible to do it wirelessly unless you are just accessing the computer not using it at the same monitor.
