I don't understand the concept of the question...especially since you should definitely not be rewarded for taking away an innocent life for your own stupidity of not using protection. The best "gift" you could give her is ADVICE on what to do in the future and just support her, but definitely don't buy her anything..that's just showing that what she did is okay.

how about just being there for them, i know people on here are saying a bible and they shouldn't be rewarded, but the fact of the matter is they made the decision and they maybe feeling bad right now, physically and mentally, just tell her that you are there for her and that you support her decision

NO I do not think your bear idea is in good taste.  Even if you think she would appreciate it or not.

Be there for her, maybe some nice flowers or a night out when  she is feeling down.  It will happen at some point and she will need you.

Just not the crass humor that you provided above.

However if this is a joke and it may be, it is in the worst of taste.  Abortion is a very serious matter and should not be taken lightly.  No matter how one's views are I don't think that most people wake up ansd say I think I'll have an abortion today.
