  1. I would say anywhere from $7.00-10.00.  Now if your using a trustworthy sitter vs daycare remember daycare would be like 175.00 a week easy for 8hours a day, so offer your sitter like 25-30.00 a day for 8 hours, that would be around 150.00 per week, plus you'd be saving over daycare.

  2. I get ten and hour for a 1 yr old, even if he's in bed b4 I get there, but depending on ur age and experience, anywhere from $8-10.

  3. it depends on age and experience 7/10 an hr also it depends on how behaived the child is also

  4. Wow! Times have really changed! When I was a teenager, I used to get paid around 4.00/hour. And I have children now and no one pays me! If the going rate is 10/hr avg, I say, ask for at least that! As long as you do a good job, then I suppose you can take the parents' gas money with a good conscience!

  5. well 2 year olds are known to have bad tempers and hissy fits so i would say 15 an hour
