What would be a good impression for high school?

I'm going into high school in september. I only know about 5 people that are going there, so there's going to be new faces all around me, and I would like to give a good impression.

I'm not a hollister/abercrombie fan, because I hate having labels on the front of a tshirt. I like unique styles like forever 21, wetseal, charlotte russe, etc...

What would be a good impression-outfit wise?

Like tops. Would it be plain tshirts, graphic tees, etc...?

And if you're not going to answer it seriously, please just don't.

Get like jeans from American Eagle, and graphic tee's from there too. Or if you don't want to spend that much, go to TJ max and get the same stuff.

my best advice is so cliched but being yourself and sticking with your interests... don't try too hard, people can tell that a mile away, except others who try too hard (and you don't want to hang out with those kinds anyway). there are plenty of other people out there who aren't into the "super trendy" styles... basically, don't try too hard and be yourself and you'll find others who are doing the same... good luck in high school, it was really fun for me.
