What would be a good job for my mom?

well curantly she is an editor for the LA times, but the LA times are making A LOT of layoffs, so what would be a good job for her if she gets layed off? where she would get paid the same kind of money i mean

please no comments like "mcdonalds" or "she should become a prostitute" or something like that

  1. Will she can work in resturent. she could go to university. she could be a cab driver or a bus driver. she could  be a  school teacher. or a framer. she could be a high school teacher.

  5. Honestly your mum has probably thought of all this already and my have some idea's of what to do next. You should have a chat with her if you are worried, she will be the best person to put your mind at ease.

    I eould imagine it would be easy for her to find a new editor post for another publication if she is good at her job.

  10. She's probably best to stick to what she knows. I'm sure that if she has been a good editor for the LA Times, some other newspaper places would be interested  in her. An advantage that she would have is that she wasn't sacked from her job for not being good enough, she was simply laid off due to staff cuts. Good luck to her.
