  1. spiny crevace lizard

    blue tongue skink

    bearded dragon

    collared lizard

    leopard lizard

  2. IGUANAS ARE VERY COOL!

    :]

i used to have one when i was smaller.

  3. I think a Bearded Dragon would be a good pet.  They eat almost anything, and have a very friendly attitude.  But they do need UVA/UVB lighting plus a good heat source.  Do some research and decide if it is the right pet for you and your home.

  4. I am 14 and i have a small cat, its way not as hard as a dog and its playful, not boreing like a fish that just sits in a boal

  5. iguana

  6. I assume it is your first. Get a leopard gecko, fat tail gecko, or crested gecko.

Don't get a beardie, I would consider them an intermediate lizard. And I would consider the babies and juveniles intermediate to expert. Just because they require so many crickets. They drain your wallet quickly.

Don't get anything that eats ants.

    Edit: A chinese water dragon...

THERE IS NOTHING BIG THAT IS FOR A BEGINNER. I hope that you don't expect to be walking down the street with a lizard. It is not happening. First of all most lizards will struggle fiercely against a collar. Water dragons need a 2'x4'x4' cage. I would recommend you stay with a dog. You are obviously too incompetent to care for anything. You refuse to respect that fact that lizards have different levels of care associated with their survival.

  7. Being that you want a lizard to have out and about I would suggest something bigger than your average anole or small skink.  Some ghekos are a nice size you could also go for like a blue tounged skink. Salamanders although they arnt lizzards they dont have teeth are normaly fairly kid friendly and are a decent size so you dont lose track of them.

But along with all pet lizzards you dont want to let them get around on the floor or out of your hands if they are fast cause you may never find them again. Oh and make sure your kid understands how to handle lizards too every one is different and most dont like being grabbed right on the head or being held by the tail and may try to deffend themselves by biting

  8. A frill lizard, those things are awesome.

  9. last september i bought an iguana and Draco was amazing. I loved him. They can live for 20 years and are very sturdy animals. Just PLEASE make sure if you buy one to keep it warm thats how Draco passed. FYI the get up to 6 feet.

  10. I don't think you're ready for a lizard. I think you just want one to say you have one and show off to your friends. You need to work on your spelling first. But if I'm mistakingly wrong then a bearded dragon is a good choice. You will spend at least $200 initially, if not more, and you will need crickets to feed it in addition to fresh misted greens. Bearded dragons are definately a lot of fun and act like puppies at times, but you seriously need to research them more. Type in "bearded dragon care" into a Google search and you will get great info. Good luck and once you get one that's it, you have one and you can't abandon it if it gets too much work.

  11. I find that the bearded dragons are the easiest to care for and the most personable of the lizards. They don't grow to be 8 feet or something crazy like that, and with proper socialization love interacting with their owner.
