  2. Here are some positions in the medical field:

    Optometrists: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos073.htm

    Physicians and surgeons: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos074.htm

    Chiropractors: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos071.htm

    Audiologists: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos085.htm

  3. Go onto this site

    www.careervoyages.gov

it will give you all the info needed in the healthcare industry with projected openings in just about every state in every field

  4. I really think that nursing is an important health field.  They can get jobs anywhere, and they are needed all over the world.  And eventually some become doctors, you can also specialize in a specific field such as ER/Trauma, Pediatrics, Maturnity, Family ... etc.  You can do 2 years for associates then go to bachelors, or you can do a 4 year bachelors program and then your masters.

  5. pharmacy, doctor, dentist, nurse,

although if you think about nursing it would be extremely hard to get into program... it is a trend so

  6. Start out with phlebotomy, this is a great entry level position in the medical field. You could work for labs, hospitals or Dr's offices.

  7. Microbiology - more science, but excellent field to get into. Research is also an excellent field. Check it out!
