i think that since that name  is so long and unique, he shouldnt have a middle name. if he doesnt like this then he can change it when he grows up....  if you do not like this idea, i will give you some pointers. (i cant think of a middle name :D) Okay here they r.

1. His middle name must be unique also

2. try and make his middle name Italian also.

3. try and make the middle name kind of short.

Ha I'm doing a huge research paper on Michelangelo Buonarotti and I don't think you should name your kid that because then they would have to live up to that name.

A good middle name would be the artist Michelangelo's own middle name which is Lodovico, who is a Saint that was martyred in Cordoba.   Lodovico means illustrious fighter.  It's a good strong name. But it could be a mouthful to pronounce.  You might want to consider using the name of one of the baby's grandfathers or even the baby's father's name.  Also consider how the first and middle name will sound with his last name.  You will want something that flows easily.
