What would be a good name for a buckskin filly??

A regular name?  Or a performance name?

I don't think I'll ever use a horse for that purpose (to perform ect.), as it is against my morals...

But a regular name could be something like sunrise, or Sol (means sun), or Day Star, Dorado(means gold), or Eclipse ('cause of the black slightly taking over the 'yellow' on the the pelt).  Any girlie name like that I guess...

Buckskins are one of my favorite.  Their color reminds me of the sun and Native Americans (random, I know lol)

It all depends on what your naming her for. If its her color, stick to things that represent it well, dirt, cream, yellow, gold, caramel, coffee, and other such objects. If your going for personialty just name her by the way she acts. If she's prissy, call her Priss or Miss Bliss. If she's lazy name her something like Imma Doll, or Aint Skeered. Then there's also taking parts from her sire's and dam's name. Thats how you get horses easily recognized if they have some part of their sire's or dam's name as their own. Then again, some horses just choose their own name. All my pets basically did, after a while a name just kinda struck and it was off.
