What you are doing is called BRANDING your product.

Being in advertising since 1959, I've had my share of successes !

What is your budget for your product launch.

I have a great name, matching website, and catchy radio commercial (just need vid to use on TV) for use as a 'bumper' ad, that's one that separates other things and are very cheap ( it's FREQUENCY that imprints a new product).

If you want to make me a partner, I'll give it to you for free, and if you need a distributor, I can set you up with a big international well known giant.  If you don't, I'll sell the name and product slogan for $20,000 plus 2% of wholesale sales.

The name is two sylabels and can be a household name very easily.  For obvious reasons, I'm not going to publicly state the name, but your money back if you don't 1) like it or 2) don't use it within 6 months.

This was under production for a giant well recognized company who abandoned it for economic reasons.

If you are a mom and pop operation without a budget we can work it out. The way this works is that you sign a protection letter (agreement) that you will not use nor disclose, you get to look it over and sign an agreement which licenses the name and slogan and ads already done to you or release it back to me, but you have a time period to think it over during which time I can not contract with anyone else.
