  1. Eradication of invasive exotic species.  These plants spread like fire, choke out native plants and supply a poor or nonexistent food source.  The widespread explosion of these plants are damaging much of our wildlife populations.

  2. The Polar bears.

  3. Re-eliminating the Grey Wolf.  That would save a LOT of wildlife, as well as a lot of cattle, sheep and other domestic animals.   They should be shot on sight.

  4. The answer would depend on where you live.  Different areas have different issues.  I'll bet your state Game and Fish department could guide you to some important projects that could positively impact your vicinity.

    ^^Lake Mendocino Alligator.

  6. Habitat restoration!  Removing invasive non natives, planting bird and butterfly habitat, erecting nesting boxes and perching platforms for raptors, removing illegal trails that fragment wild lands -- and education.  People love what they understand, so incorporating some signage that provides the back story can be helpful to the public at large.

    Good luck!

  7. Go after hunters and illegal loggers in your place. Coordinate with the local environmental agency to know more of the process and implementing laws.

  8. I think i'd do something on reducing the number of introduced predators that were decimating the native bird population in NZ.
