What would be a good ten or 15 minute weight and calisthenicwork out?

I run in the afternoons, and used to walk in the morning as well, but i want to do this instread. What should I do, and will it be more benifisal than walking for ten minutes.

  1. It depends on what you want. If you want lean muscle then do lighter weights and more repetions. You should work all the big muscles groups. Also slow sit ups work really well as well as mountian climbers, various forms of crunches, and push up.You should also do a cardiovascular work out too.
