What would be a good vegan lunch to bring to school that's quick to prepare?

  1. PB&J on whole wheat

    Fresh fruit: apple, orange, peach, etc

    A bag of trail mix

    Something to drink - Fruit juice, ice tea, or soy milk

  3. I don't know about you, but I LOVE salads! I eat them all the time. Fruits are also a favorite. Maybe some dry cheerios? I bring those and they are pretty good. Trail mix? Peanuts are a very good choice as us vegeterians need protien and peanuts are a good supplier of it. As a drink I normally just bring a bottled water. Raid your fridge and the grocery store and find some stuff you like and would be comfortable bringing to school. I'm sure you'll find something!

    you should bring a nice wheatt bread sandwich with mayo, avacodo, and cucumber. it taste better then it sounds! trust me! okay.. and some sun chips. they use all natural products.. a nice vitamin water or capri sun would do the job! try a little bag with carrots, little tomatoes, and snow peas with ranch all over them! its sooo good! for a treat bring some gummie snack! hope this helps :0
