Question:

What would be a healthy diet for me?

Hey

i am 16, 5ft 6 and 120 pounds. i have recently lost 56 pounds but i really want to be around 110 by october/november. i am quite active and walk 15 miles a day, 5 days a week and eat around 1000 calories a day. has anyone got any tips or diet plans they think would be helpful?

  1. If you eat any junk food at all or pop dont eat any of it... It makes you gain alot of wait... and before you eat something look at the callories in it and if it is a high calorie content then only eat about half or a corder of that.... hope this helps.
