While I love caramel in any way, shape or form, not as a popsicle.

Maybe raspberry.  I haven't found any of those anywhere, but there probably is one somewhere.

And maybe lemonade.  Love it.

Blueberry w/ actual blueberries in it like those Dole fruit bars

w/ marshmallows would be unique esp if you could make it look like a cup of hot chocolate but cold of course w/ the marshmallows on top

I have had all of those popsicle flavors before. Great news! There is such thing as a caramel popsicle. The Skinny Cow Brand makes an ice cream treat called a Skinny Dipper Popsicle. The Skinny Dipper comes in vanilla, mint, and caramel.
