My boys liked semi-trucks that had carriers with cars. They would load and unload them forever. Little Tikes makes a nice one, but there are others at Wal-Mart and Target.

well that all depends on the child and what they like, we just had my son's 5th birthday and he likes spider-man, so we did a spider-man theme, my youngest likes blues clues. so it really depends on them, and go with that theme.
