When trading you always have to look at it the other way. Look at it from your opponent's perspective. Look at his roster and find a position he is weak at, and offer him a player that compliments that position.

Mcnabb isn't very highly valued in fantasy, so you should be able to get him for an average runningback, unless of course the person you're trading with has 4 runningbacks or something.

Always base your trading offers on what the other person needs to make their team better.
