  1. Flat ten percent for everyone over 35k


  2. There is no way to quantify a number.

    What do you and the rest of us want to spend on things that are supported by taxes?  That would be an acceptable level.  You have to let us spend on things that I want that you don't if you expect me to support spending on things that you want that I don't.
