What would be an ideal first car?

Currently Just about to start driving lessons, but need a car to do private practice with my parents in and obviously for after iv passed. Need something thats less than a 1.6 engine and as cheap as possible to run. not paticularly looking for anything special just something to get me from a to b. Im a 16 year old girl so not looking for sporty or boy racer cars either.

Toyota Tercel would be a very good car for you. They are very cheap, very small, very good on gas and very reliable
