ok im not sure if the plan 1 will be enough.

PLAN 1

monday chest/triceps

tuesday rest

Wednesday back/biceps

thursday rest

friday shoulders/legs

sat sun rest

PLAN 2

monday chest/triceps

tuesday back/biceps

Wednesday shoulders/legs

thursday rest

friday chest/triceps

sat back/biceps

sunday rest

what do you think would be better?

is plan 1 not enough?

is plan 2 too much?

  1. Hello it is well publicised that fad diets never work permanently. I advise that you mosey on down to http://www.newloseweight.com its a great site with some great free help and support. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks by taking their advice
