  1. Considering your age, and that this is probably your first car, I'd say go with the 2002 Chrysler.  A Lexus is nice, but one from 93' is a bit old.  The Chrysler is only 6 years old, plus it was previously owned by your mom so you know it's in good driving condition.  Get the paperwork for the Chrysler in your name - you can get it "gifted" to you from your mom, and I think you can get like a lawyer to sign as a witness so it's official (but there's a fee for that).  Good luck and safe driving.

  2. The better choice would be the Lexus. Parts may be higher, but they are better rated cars.

  3. It is sad to say that the Lexus will probably be more reliable and have less down time.  But it is true.  The 300M is pretty decent for a Chrysler, but they have not been all that reliable.  A heavy footed young male driver will drop that transmission within a 1000 miles.  The Lexus will be on the tired and worn out side, but man they just run forever.  You also will not need to carry full coverage auto insurance, so that will save you a good amount of money as well.  Get the raggedy Lexus and drive it til it blows up.

  4. 2002 Chrysler 300m it's a newer car

  5. I don't know where you live or the laws there, but where I live you have to be 18 yrs old to legally own a car, so if it's the same in your state your last item won't be possible.

Lexus - far better car when new, but 9 years older. Take the 300m.

  6. its better to have a newer car.
