What would be better for my 2002 mustang?

I am thinking about either installing a cold air kit or a K&N air filter but im not sure which will give me more horsepower?

Put a cold air kit from K&N on there.

A cold air intake, or cold air intake with a K&N filter. A K&N filter gives your engine cleaner air, which can add horsepower, but a cold air intake adds more horespower by giving you a denser charge of air, plus it prevents combustion problems, but you can have a dense charge of very clean air if you use both. If you have a little more money, try an intercooler, it gives you an even colder air charge, plus the other two you mentioned, and maybe a turbo, if you really want speed, but if you only want one, go with the cold air intake.
