what would be better running two laps of a footbal field and then stretching?....or first stretching and then warming up?

what would be better for your muscles(lower body muscles )

  1. Conventional wisdom now suggests you should warm up before stretching.

    5-10 minutes of light jogging or another activity should be adequate.

    Stretching 'cold' is a good way to cause injury.


  2. On our track team we usually run a 400 hundred meter warm up on easy days 800 warm up on hard days and then we stretch and then the really workout

  3. a decently paced warm up then stretch
