one, make sure that the family of the man behind it is safely allowed to exit the country without being asked a single question.

two, find out where they came from and ally with those countries.

three, pick an oil rich country we know we can dominate and attack them.

four, twist the facts and create some new ones to support your position.

Five, use propaganda to keep America paralyzed with fear so no one looks too hard at what you are doing.

Six, draft laws that allow you to spy on everyone to make sure no one gets too close to th truth.

Seven, have enough scapegoats around to shield yourself.

Take all of the above and use it as a guideline for what not to do.

I would first find what group or country was responsible.  Then give them 24hrs to evacuate and flatten the c**p out of one of there key cities.  The next terrorist attack would not get any notice.

Well, first you have to decide what terrorism is and a major issue in this is can a country launch a terrorist attack - if so the only response is war. However, if you are a weak, basically defenseless nation like Vietnam, Korea, Panama, Iraq, Cuba, Afghanistan etc etc. it's really impossible to fight back.

The whole terrorism issue is nonsense really as the defenition of terrorism depends on powerful nations that are far worse than those they label terrorists.

Your quesiton should be how can we live in a less violent, more civilised way on a global scale. Shutting down the Arms Industry would be a start.
