  1. i would do brght colors soo they are easy to find..such as yellow..red..orange..light green or u can do girls in pink and yellow and boys in blue and green

  2. My suggestion is baby blue polo shirts for the boys and light pink polos for the girls with same color shorts or skirts (Maybe beige)

Suggestion for the logo would be the shape of a jigsaw.

  3. Yes, nice bright colours! A unisex colour like purple, red, yellow etc. would be nice as some girls may not want to dress in blue and boys in pink etc.

Pros and cons of the colours I suggested:

    Red -

CONS - A bit garish! You may look like a tomato

PROS - Doesn't stain easily, unisex

    Purple

CONS - If you get the wrong shade it can look a bit like pink, lol

PROS - Unisex, doesn't stain, bright enough to be inviting to kids but not garish

    Yellow

CONS - Attracts flies/insects, stains easily

PROS - Unisex, bright enough to be inviting to kids but not garish

    I'd go for purple!

As for your logo, something simple but effective :-)

  4. For child care centers, primary colors are best. Think red, blue and yellow. Sometimes a little green. They are bright and eye catching and familiar to kids. You can even divide by age group, for instance red polo or t shirts for toddlers, blue for preschool, and yellow for school age, etc. A good logo is a box of crayons with the school's name on it, or something which reflects your teaching philosophy.

  5. When we did summer camp each classroom chose a color and that way we knew right away who belonged where.  Staff of that classroom wore the same color.  Staff usually received a polo option in that same color as the children's tshirts.   We always chose yellow.  It worked well.  Consider that for your different classrooms in your center.  Our logo was usually black and the same for for all the classrooms.  The polos were usually embroidered.

  6. I agree with the bright colors, something that is not easily stained.  I liked the red that we had at one center.

As for logo, I would use your child care logo if you have one or just your name.

We had embroidered polo tops at one center, it was really nice.  We had to pay for the shirts, but they had our names on them.  they were navy blue and with white.  Very nice.

  7. I would suggest purple. It is a good color for both girls and boys and doesn't show stains as much as other colors.
