Unless the funky/horrid spellings are something that is addressed in your story, I would use more traditional spellings. The names as they are now will turn off readers. I have no idea what Meishkah is so I am skipping this one.

Fictional or not, it's still horrible. 'Cause just in that slim chance that your book gets popular or even if you get it published and only one person buys it and loves it and they say, "I love that book so much, I'm naming my daughter Francheska Elysibethh!". We'll have one more child catastrophe in the world and every nurse or clerk that works with the public files will kill themselves.
