Also the best clubs are in pv.

I actually lived in PV (Nuevo Vallarta) until I started middle school and always thought it was more of a family/cultural city.

It is so beautiful, the food is so good but I think Acapulco is more for partying as I visited it a lot. My cousins from Mexico City are always traveling to Acapulco bc they can find more parties there.

Of course Cancun beats those two cities in partying any day.

It depends on your budget my friend, I've been in bith places, Aca is great but crowded and PV is not that crowded, best girls PV, best clubs ACA, best restaurants PV, lower cost PV, best beaches ACA, best worth for your money PV.

So you have to think now.

Acapulco is five times the size of P.V and offers five times the things to do.

Acapulco was the original destination for tourists and there are so many more things to do in Aca.

I have been to P.V and loved it but there are no cliff divers or beer drinking donkeys and the action in Aca is very close to the ocean.

At this time of year P.V. s ocean water can be muddy in color and in Aca hotels can be had for a fraction of the winter costs.

Acapulco has a road that hugs the bay for 7 of its 10 km of the bay,

Thee are cruises from el malecon close to the zocalo that you can take to the "Quebrada" where the cliff divers dive from high up in the cliffs and the bar is open and included in the price of $25.00

If you have never seen a drunken donkey, then you havent seen it all--its uite a sight.

Acapulco is not a safe city.

Acapulco is the resort for Mexicans from Mexico City (Mexico city is 20 million people).

Acapulco is a big big city with lots and lots of violence and crime.

If you want to see the dirtiest beach in Mexico, just go to Acapulco on Sunday.

Puerto Vallarta is located between the ocean and the jungles of the Sierra Madre.  Everything is walking distance,  beach, bars, galleries, discos, the malecon (ocean side walk).

Spectacular beaches like Conchas Chinas, Playas Gemelas, Garza Blanca, Mismaloya, Yelapa, the water falls of Quimixto, etc.

Diving or snorkeling at Los Arcos Rocks in crystal clear waters is just fantastic.

Going to the Canopy tour or just have a little boat and go to the secluded beach of Mahagua or Chimo.

Puerto Vallarta is the second gourmet destination in Mexico  (after Mexico city).  You have to experience the great restaurants of Vallarta, some of them are considered the best in the world.

Also Puerto Vallarta is considered one of the safest cities in the world.  That simple-
