What would be needed and what would I have to do to get into a music college?

I'm from the uk and want to go a us music college. How would I get a scholarship, what wud I have to do?

Or atleast what wud be the cheapest way to go about it?

Best course of action:  Look up the schools you are interested in online and gather information about admissions requirements then call them, or email them and ask them specific questions.  Looking for random people on the Yahoo community who can accurately give you good information is about the same as hoping to win the lottery.  No offense.
