  1. I'm just going to throw out a wild guess here, but probably that you NOT be on parole.  If I understand parole correctly, you wouldn't be allowed to leave the country.  I would guess also that the right person to ask would be your parole officer.

  2. I met a guy who was on parole and he was restricted from leaving the county and from drinking alcohol...it's doubtful he'll be allowed to go and if he goes anyway, they mat put him back into the slammer.

  3.   Your first stop is to get permission from your PO, not sure if we are talking state or federal?   If you get written permission to take the trip I think you are good to go...    No one on the cruise line needs to know or do you have to tell them.  If you stop in some Mexican ports of call you'll simply need the same documents that any other American citizen needs but you do not need to tell anyone that you are on Parole.   It goes without saying that you want to be a model citizen while in Mexico..    Good luck and hope you get the green light from your PO.  When I was on paper I traveled to other states but with permission, written of course.   Sorry, never trusted the system and didn't want to ever end up back within its ugly walls so I always go it in writing.
