  1. What about light brown dresses with yellow and blue sashes? I think that yellow dresses with blue sashes or vice versa would be a little overwhelming, especially since they're pastels. Something like this:

You could have them all in brown dresses, the maid of honor in a blue sash, and the other bridesmaids in a yellow sash. I think that would be really cute.

Then have the bouquets all be either yellow or light blue.

I think having the brown dresses will allow you to do more with color, so that it's not overwhelming. You could have light blue and yellow programs, favors, table linens, candles, etc. Having the neutral BMs will make all the other colors really pop in the pictures, and have it look less like Easter exploded in the ceremony and reception sites.

Beautiful colors. Great choice. Happy planning!

  2. Have the bridesmaides where chiffon dresses because it will be cooler and easier to move in., Those colors are gorgeous so why not use both like have your maide of honor wear say the light blue and then the other girls wear yellow. I incorporated violet, sage green and coral fr my summer wedding and all the girls wore a different color. I also used colored roses to match their color dress with white tulips for their boquets. It was cheaper and very summery. Good luck, it'll be amazing!

  3. Those colours are so pretty and happy for a summer wedding!

You could go for a sunflower wedding, which can be really beautiful -

  4. light yellow dresses with blue ribbons on the waise and MOH in blue with yellow

  5. Well The Good Thing For Summer Is That You Can Go Bright & Colourful.

    =)

Nice Flowing Yellow Dresses Would Be Really Nice.

Or Maybe Blue Dresses With Yellow Flowers.

    Good Luck

  6. Pick blue bridesmaid dresses (light yellow sashes?) and do it all in blue for your bridesmaids with matching blue bouquets for them and blue ties and bouts for the groomsmen.

Make your bouquet stand out with yellow and blue.

Try http://www.gojane.com I really like their styles, colors and prices. My colors will be sage and pink :)

    All the best!!!

  7. Do you want them to wear a short or long dress?

There are tons of dresses out there - a lot of it will depend on your budget, as well as the size/shape of the members in your bridal party.

I think that the best thing to do is stick with a nice a-line dress. If you have any members in your bridal party that have a big bust you should definitely select a dress that has straps so it will give them some support. Here are a few you might like:

  8. I would look for something to bring out both colors nicely.  I would pick maybe a knee length dress in blue and have the girls tie a yellow sash around it, then you can have complimenting yellow flowers maybe tied with a blue ribbon...

The flowers could be yellow roses, maybe with some blue hydrangea for accents... you could also use just a simple sunflower, or tulips are always pretty...  Yellow flowers are much easier to find than blue ones...

I have always been a fan of simple cakes, why not use more flowers to decorate a plain cake in a flavor you love?

Check out one of the websites below, I think they are very helpful.
