  1. Any physical task that gets there body into it.....

1)Have them walk a inch and a half rope tightly pulled between two trees no hire than a foot off the ground.

    2) Have another one they can hold onto (shoulder height) and have two spotters side by side as they walk the line..

I did it with a group along with more challenging  organized activities and it was great. They all felt positive very positive...amazing to watch there faces... just draw it out and plan it ..spotters and one child at a time no need to worry...you will see the smiles and feel their confidence.

  2. Static trapeze is good. It's just a swing, and can be set at an easy height. Tightwire is cool. It only needs to be a foot off the ground, and you can hold people's hands. Circus skills are great for self-esteem. Suggest you contact Nofit State Circus if you're in or near Cardiff,  Greentop is in Sheffield,  Circus Maniacs in Bristol, Circus Space in London. . . They all have teaching, community, outreach programmes, or at least have some members who do this type of work. And I think they all have websites.    Sure there are plenty of others too.   Luck!

  3. clowns and any thing with animals
