What would be some good things to build a sculpture out of? such as butter or icecream?

i would definitly go with the vegetable shortening or lard they use in restorants it looks white and beatifull and its verry easy to carve

i used to work in a fast food place and they had 40lb blocks i always wanted to carv one up.

that or chocolat but that would be expensive
