It's for a story I'm writing, I needed a price rate or an average penthouse hotel room per night somewhere in Canda.

No seriously it's about the same as the US, closely similar prices.  Penthouse, if it's big, might be about 200-300 bucks?  One bedroom is usually between 65 and 140 dollars?
