probably 800 lbs but you can buy a weight tape at the feed store or order one online. Depends on how fat he is

Depends on the pony... Maybe 600-700lbs.

It depends.  I have a 1/2 Arab pony of about that height and he weighs about 450 pounds.  He's a very slight, Egyptian type, and makes a nice driving pony.  I have another mare of about the same height who is very cobby and weighs over 800 pounds.  Both ponies are at their correct weight and, I think, would be at the upper and lower limits of what a pony that size could weigh and still be in good shape.
