What would be the best Internet connection?

Heya all , my sister has just moved into her new flat ! And she only wants the internet she dont want the tv and phone line ! Can anyone tell me who she could go with that is cheap ?

You should find out what broadband is available in your area.  I say DSL is the cheapest.

Where is this?  That matters a lot.

Plan A: dial-up

This requires a phone-line though.

Plan B: high-speed

A couple cable companies allow this without getting cable TV but not many.  DSL would need a phone line.  The other option is to get a "cellular modem" that's like a cellphone for your computer.

If she really doesn't want a cable/phone and can't get internet without subscribing to those the only option is to get a adapter from a cellular carrier.  The added advantage of this is she'd have wireless internet on her own private connection anywhere there's cellular service...

At&t, i use to have it then switched  to cable, but at&t is alright and affordable
