What would be the best and easiest way to have a website for a parents group?

i am the president of the local parents group and would like to have a website that can be updated regularly. would a website be the way to go or a myspace page.

I think that you should make a website. Nowadays is very easy to make a basic website with the numerous CMS (Content Management Systems) out there.
