What would be the best bank for getting a debit card? TD, scotiabank, cibc or rbc?

as in preferrably no transfer fees and other hassles

ps. can i make a debit card by myself or do i have to have my parents to make it? im 16

pretty much ALL debit cards will charge you if you use an ATM machine from a different bank - that's life - sometimes up to $2-3 per transaction

well if you are 16 you can get a special type of card(student card), your mother or father may have to be with you (mine was, I think I was 14). You have to have a minimal amount of money, like 5 bucks and I have been with BMO, Scotiabank and CIBC. The best Customer Service for me was Scotia and I shut down my other two bank accounts...
